- Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
- Enable widget features and synchronization between the app and widget extension
- Store your task lists and preferences locally on your device
- Process app review requests when you choose to rate the app

- Local Storage Only: All your data (task lists, tasks, settings) is stored locally on your device using iOS User Defaults and App Groups.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

DATA RETENTION
Your data is retained on your device until you:
- Delete it through the App
- Uninstall the AppWe do not retain any copies of your data after deletion or uninstallation.
